Uttar Pradesh GNM is 3 years and a half year diploma course in nursing. In this course students are provided with professional skill and health care experience. Course focus on the development of skills of students or trainees to provide better health care or patient care facilities in the health care system.

HOW TO GET FREE ADMISSIONS IN PRIVATE GNM COLLEGES

Previously there was no entrance examination for this course but currently Uttar Pradesh Government has announced mandatory entrance examination for the GNM course. Uttar Pradesh GNM ANM is basic level course in Nursing Profession. Eligibility to take admission in GNM course is student must have passed 12^th/Intermediate English as compulsory subject.

Uttar Pradesh GNM Course Overview

Uttar Pradesh GNM is 3 and a half years course which is offered by private and government colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

GNM course fees ranges from 36000 to 250000. Admission process currently involve only entrance examination, no admission will be taken on the base of merit. Uttar Pradesh govt. has announced entrance test named as UPGET. (Uttar Pradesh GNM entrance test). Every candidate has to appear in this examination if they are interested in to pursue the GNM nursing course.

UP GNM APPLICATION FORM DATE 2025

UP GNM application form 2025 will be released by ABVMU (expected to be released in the month of March or April and entrance examination will be conducted in the month May/June.

UP GNM Entrance Exam Syllabus 2025

The entrance examination for GNM is consist of following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and General knowledge. candidate have to prepare all above mentioned subjects to crack UPGET 2025. Syllabus will consider the question level up to 10th and 9th level. Prepare basic Concepts for this entrance examination.

Uttar Pradesh GNM UPGET eligibility criteria 2025

The eligibility criteria for Uttar Pradesh GNM is candidate must have passed 12^th level intermediate in science and English as the main subject. Some other eligibility criteria are-

Age limit -The minimum age of candidate should not be less than 17 years.

Education – Class 12^th must be passed with Science and English.

Percentage – Candidate must have passed intermediate with 45% aggregate marks.

Fitness– Many medical colleges required a medical fitness certificate.
