The (Common University Entrance Test) CUET UG 2025 is a Compulsory exam for students seeking admission to undergraduate programs at central, state, and private universities across India. Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), CUET UG helps students to get admission in there favourite course like BSc, BA etc.

CUET UG Registration: How to Apply?

Follow these steps to apply for CUET UG:

1. Visit the Official Website – Go to cuet.samarth.ac.in.
2. Click on “Register” – New users must create an account by providing basic details.
3. Fill in the Application Form – Enter personal details, educational qualifications, and select preferred universities and programs.
4. Upload Required Documents – Ensure scanned copies of all necessary documents are uploaded.
5. Pay the Application Fee – Make the payment through net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI.
6. Submit the Application – Review and submit the application before the last date.

CUET UG 2025: Required Documents for application

During the application process, candidates need to upload the following documents:

• Recent Passport-sized Photograph (in specified format)
• Signature (scanned copy)
• Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Government-issued ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)

CUET UG 2025 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

The CUET UG exam is divided into three sections as follows:

1. Language Test

Candidates must choose one or more languages from the 13 available options.

• English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

2. Domain Subjects

Candidates can choose up to six domain subjects based on their desired university and course.

The CUET UG registration fee varies based on the number of selected subjects and category.

The fees must pay online through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.

CUET UG 2025 Admit Card & Exam Centers

• The admit card will be available for download on the official website.
• The exam will be conducted in more than 500 cities across India and 15 international cities.

2. Click on “Download Admit Card”.
3. Enter Application Number & Date of Birth.
4. Download and print the admit card.

CUET UG 2025 Result & Counseling Process

• The result will be declared online on the NTA website.
• The scorecard will be used by participating universities for admission.
• Counseling will be conducted by individual universities based on CUET scores.

CUET UG 2025 Latest Updates by NTA

UGC (University grant commission has introduced the following changes from CUET UG onwards:

• Students are now permitted to take CUET UG exams in any subject, irrespective of their class 12th subjects.
• CUET UG will be conducted only in CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode.
• The number of subjects for CUET has been reduced from 63 to 37, Teaching Aptitude, and Legal Studies are among the removed subjects.
• Each CUET subject exam will have a uniform duration of 60 minutes.
• Admissions for discontinued subjects will be based on General Aptitude Test scores.
• No optional questions will be provided.
